Repairs
I'm able to repair a range of garden machinery from all the leading manufacturers, within my fully equipped workshop in Cropthorne. When possible I only use genuine parts ensuring that your machine works as well as it should and is of factory standards.

My main aim is to do this as swiftly as possible to limit downtime so you are able to get back to using your machinery as soon as you need it. I understand how frustrating it can be when you have to wait weeks for your machinery to be repaired.

You can bring your machinery to me or I can come and collect it from you as I offer a collection and delivery service within the local area. If you prefer me to collect, I will come out and evaluate what the problem is before I take it away. Some repairs can be done from your home or business depending on the complexity of the repair and whether I have the part available or not.

Servicing
I also service all types of machinery from all different brands, to the highest standard. We recommend getting your garden machinery serviced every year, ideally before you put it away for the winter. This will keep your machinery running at optimal performance and enhances the longevity of your machine.

All servicing is carried out by a Briggs and Stratton Service Technician who has completed the most demanding and challenging course in the industry. This means you'll get the best service on any Briggs and Stratton engine powered machinery.

I now only use Aspen Fuels for all my servicing. Aspen fuel is a clean, long lasting fuel that is better for your machinery than normal petrol is. It can be stored for 5 years without any deterioration in quality (Petrol is only good for 30 days!). Due to it's long shelf-life, you will never have stale fuel within your machine, reducing your chances of fuel related breakdowns. I can sometimes carry out your service at your home or business as I have all the servicing essentials on our van. Or if you prefer, I can service your machinery in my workshop. I aim for it to be ready to collect within a week sometimes two depending on parts and how busy I am.

Before bringing any machinery to my workshop, please contact me as I cannot guarantee that I will be there.
